My family court judgement is being appealed?

I have been told that the judgement we received from family court may be appealed. How does an appeal work in the Massachusetts probate and family court system? I’m having trouble finding information online, so any help is appreciated. Thanks! I am not the one appealing the judgement, it is the other parent.

Does a conviction from a family court come up with Interpol search?

Is there a record on a person who had been convicted in a family court once, and then jumped the bail, and fled the country also on family issues, such as verbal harrasement, at Interpol?

Family court & the “Power of Ten” as related to Junveniles & Drugs; could it work.?

My question mainly addresses and idea of
"The Power of Ten" as applied to …
Under aged Juveniles,
Felony Drug "Use" or Distribution,
& The family court system.

Would a court fine;
of the parent(s) or their juvenile children in their care; who is convicted of misdemeanor "USE" , "POSSESSION" and or "DISTRIBUTION" of illegal drugs, alcohol & tobacco
be a deterant using the idea of "The Power of Ten"?
1st offence 0.00
2nd offence ,000.00
3rd offence ,000.00

If the national court system adopted this would it work?
Would it be a good idea or bad idea? Your serious opinion please!

How long can child custody battles last?

A friend of mine is stuck in a very nasty custody battle. While if she were in a more liberal state the issue may have been resolved seeing as her ex is somewhat unfit. Unfortunately she isn’t and the ex is going through great lengths to win. The child will be a year in several months and this has been going on for about 6 months already how much longer can this battle last in court.
This all is happening out of state. Would it be possible for her to leave the state this is happening even temporarily without facing kidnapping charges. If so for how long.

What reason would a custody hearing be heard in superior court instead of family court?

How could a lawyer get a hearing set up in superior court instead of family court between two people who have been divorced more than 5 years?
