What happens during a divorce with a house and a mortgage?

My situation is this. My mom wants to go through a divorce from my dad after being separated (not legally) for more than 6 years. All this time my mom has been paying off mortgage payments for the house herself among other bills. If they go through the divorce process, can my dad legally get a piece of the house when my mom sells it? Can anyone shed some light in this.

What documentation should I bring to court for a child custody hearing?

My children's father owes a lot of money in back child support. Now he has turned the tables on me and has filed for custody of my children. I don't really know what to do from here, I just got the summons from the sheriff and I definitely don't know what to bring with me to court. How to divorce someone that lives in another country?

My GFs ex-husband lives in Mexico. They are divorced legally in Mexico even though he did it illegaly. That is the problem because if we get married and she tries to become a citizen they will say how is it possible you got divorced from someone while you were in this country. So my question is how do you divorce someone with out them being there? If he doesn’t sign papers or doesn’t come to court how is it possible to get a divorce?

Does anyone here know anything about the Family court services here in montana?

Or do you know who one would contact when they believe there has been a misjustice done by the family court systems in their county?. In other words, how can a person defend themselves against such an agency when they have no access to a lawyer?
