When I had mine done by court order for my two children, he was in California and I was residing in the UK, when he FINALLY showed up for his test [he failed to go the 1st time, but when the court wrote and told him that if he missed the next appointment then they would assume they where his and proceed as such he showed up] Then the DNA testing center [they where actually based in NC, California sent all their stuff there to be done so no one could say that it was rigged] sent by fedex a package to my house, I had to take it to my doctor have him do the swabs give him pictures of all of us that he also had to sign saying that we was who we said we where and that these where the people he had taken the tests from, my doc in the UK then had to overnight them back to lab in NC for processing............

So short reply, is yes IF the court agrees and knows in advance they are more than happy to have you test in another place. Start to finish even after he failed to show for the first test date was only about 6 weeks from date of order from the court............

Oh my goodness, yes!
I'm going through this right now actually, I'm a 15 year old girl.
My father has never been a part of my life. I haven't seen him for 6 years. And, only met him 3 times in my life.
A few weeks ago, I wrote my father a letter and dropped it off at his house. I went out of my way, (had to get my friends older sister to drive me out of the city to FIND his house).
I have not heard from him, and it makes me sick to my stomach. How people can do this to their own flesh and blood.
I'm an A student, don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. I try to be the best person I can be, I try and love of what I know of my father. But as much as I TRY to hate him, I can't.
My mom has trued relationships. but I always resent men because I think they will take plae of the father I never had.
My mom works two jobs to take care of my sister and I.
I always tell myself if anything happens like this to me, I'll love my children unconditionally, (no matter what!)
At the age of 15, I've become quite independent. I have many emotions, and feeel the same way you do. You may not like hearing this from someone younger, but know that you are not alone.
You are a beautiful, strong person, and your father missed out on that.
Keep your head up,

Are you in the States? If so, I've NEVER heard of benefits being stopped. Who told you that??

Pell grants and foundational scholarships are WONDERFUL. Also, apply for a work study. Have you considered starting at a junior college and graduating, then transferring to a university? Its WAY cheaper!

Your question shows u r Tamil

Family Courts constituted under FAMILY COURTS ACT, 1984. "Family Court" means a Family Court established under section 3 and try cases mentioned in section 7.

The court is for to try the cases under Personal Laws and suits relating to personal law - mainly Divorce, Restitution of Conjugal Rights, Annulment of Marriage as null and void, maintenance, Guardianship

The intention of the act is the parties to directly appear and avoid lawyer

But due to the complicated procedures and legality, approach is only through Lawyer

Here. no vakalath necessary to the Lawyer and everything is in parties name directly.

Lawyer will conduct the same in the name of assisting

Benefit? nothing special? to reduce the work load of usual court ok

Thro Lawyer is safe and good

Direct approaches may lead to touts interferance and they may highly charge u in the name of lawyer ok

What is the necessity to you to approach the court? r u party? or parent?

r u husband or wife? what is the problem to u? what remedy u want? what religion u belong? type of marriage? age of both parties, children if any

the above said basic details required to say remedy

Your best bet is to talk to a local mortgage broker. I've broken down the 4 things that mortgage companies look at when making a decision on your application as:

income
assets
credit
property

I tell my clients that its like a chair with 4 legs. You need all to be a decent length for it to work. If one is short but three are long, you're still good.

I plan on going into detail on these at my blog pretty soon.

For income, you want 2 years job history in a similar line of work. Ideally the banks like to see one job. If you increased in income on your job changes, that's a good thing to the bank.

Whether you're a single parent, a married spouse, or a polygamist, banks are all looking at one thing: your debt-to-income ratio. If you can afford the house comfortably along with all your other bills, you should be ok.

You'll want to put assets away in a bank account if you can. This is not always an option for some people, just do the best you can. Having a 401k or IRA will also help to get you an approval.

Your loan officer will pull your credit and determine exactly what you need to do to get qualified for a mortgage if you're not already. Paying credit balances down to half of their credit limit will increase your score as well as paying off very recent charge-offs and collections.

Lenders love Single Family Homes. If your credit isn't great try not to fall in love with a trailer or modular. Having a desirable property helps your approval.

If you can balance these four things you should be fine. Read my blog to learn more about what mortgage brokers do and how to set yourself up for an approval: http://explaintome.blogspot.com

Soon I'll be covering this topic. Drop me an email or comment in the blog and I'll let you know when it gets updated.

The parties to an appeal file written briefs in the appeals court. The one who appeals tries to argue that the trial court made errors of law. For example, he might argue that the court applied the wrong standard in making some decision. The other side responds. The appeals court decides.

Like I wrote previuosly - Is this person a felon ? - Has the country where crime occurred asked for an extradition ? -
The way the justice Dept in the USA works right now, allowing known murderes to leave the country and doing nothing abou it, your friend has nothing to worry about - If you are from the southern part of Arizon and the Justince Dept Criminal Prosecutor is Johnny Sutton, you have nothing to worry about - This man only goes after Border Patrol agents and looks for illegal. cocain smugglers so that they can testify against US Citizens -

You're making the assumption that parents who's children are involved in the juvenile justice system are law abiding, pay their bills, and have a clue how to actually parent their children.

The truth is, 90% of the problem with 90% of the kids I work with every day is the parents. They either want to be friends with their children instead of parenting them, or they're so strict their kids have to act crazy just to get out of the house! Also, many of the kids use/possess/sell drugs because their parents have put them to work. That's the only life they know.
